We Are Looking For Women Who:

  • Excel in their legal careers in the private or public sector
  • Inspire and are role models to other women in or aspiring to the legal profession
  • Demonstrate leadership and active involvement in the legal and wider community
  • Contribute to society through voluntary or largely uncompensated work
  • Overcome barriers and adversity in their professional journey
  • Advocate for and support the legal rights of women and children
  • Promote justice, equality and the empowerment of women
  • Participate meaningfully in community initiatives and development
  • Mentor and support women within the legal profession
